PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM
Carnegie Hall

In March 2005 the RAA Academy Choir will perform at Carnegie Hall with four other school choirs from across the country. RAA's invitation came as a result of the choir's participation in a festival that featured 14 school choirs from California. The festival was judged by one of Carnegie's guest conductors, Randy Pagel. Maestro Pagel commended the RAA Academy Choir for its outstanding men's section and recommended that the choir join him in New York for further study and the concert. The RAA Choir will perform in concert with the New England Symphonic Ensemble.

RAA's Acadmey Choir also performed at Mercy Medical Center's Snowflake Ball this past Christmas and for the Shasta Community Concert Association during the intermission of one of its seasonal programs.
